Sunday Service Times:

• In-person services: 8:30 AM, 10:15 AM
• Online: 8:30 AM, 10:15 AM, 6:30 PM

In accordance with the mayor's emergency order requiring masks in public places, we are asking everyone who visits Awaken to wear a mask when you come to the church and when you leave. Once seated, you are allowed to remove your mask and keep it off during the service but must put back on when service is over, as you pick up your kids, and as you leave campus. We will have disposable masks available at the door if needed.

What precautions has Awaken taken to ensure my safety?

Awaken has been working hard during this time of quarantine to make sure that we are ready to welcome all of our families back. We’ve hired a professional cleaning company to deep clean and disinfect every surface, chair, and commonly touched areas all around the church. We have also reevaluated our procedures and implemented changes to ensure that we are providing a safe place for our Awaken families moving forward.

Out of an abundance of caution, you will notice a few changes around our Awaken campus:

• New sanitizing stations have been placed in each of our venues to assure cleanliness.
• The usage of face masks by all of our volunteers.
• One-time disposable face masks will be available.
• Our Socialside coffee bar services have been postponed.
• Each of our bathrooms has been stocked with antibacterial soap for further protection.

Additionally, we encourage all of our Awaken families to join us in keeping everyone safe by continuing to watch online if you or your family member:

• Have experienced a fever over 100 degrees or higher in the past 7 days.
• Have a cough, sore throat, or any other flu-like symptoms in the past 7 days.
• Have had contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days.

What are the service times?

We’ve changed our service times to ensure that we have enough time in between services to prepare and disinfect in between services. Our new Sunday service times are 8:30 AM and 10:15 AM. Both services will be streaming live via our websiteFacebook, and YouTube at the new times and we will rebroadcast the Sunday morning service online only at 6:30 PM.

What venues will be open?

Our North and South Venues will be open at 50% capacity. In order for us to gauge projected attendance, we will be seating people in those venues by reservation. We will also have our Socialside open for family seating as well as designated seating outside if the weather permits. Our social specialists will sit you and your families strategically while following social distancing guidelines.

Do I have to wear a mask at Awaken?

In our effort to comply with our leaders' requests and continue to build trust with our community, we ask that you wear a mask when you come to church and when you leave. You are able to take your mask off during the service and we ask that you put it back on when service is over, as you pick up your kids, and as you leave campus.

What should I do if I’m not comfortable coming back yet?

We understand that this has been an unprecedented time and there are families that are just not ready to come back. We will continue to stream our services via our website, Facebook, and YouTube at our new service times of 8:30 AM, 10:15 AM, and will rebroadcast the morning service at  6:30 PM. We want to encourage you to continue to watch from home and consider hosting watch parties with family, friends, neighbors, and/or other Awaken families.

Will Awaken Kids be available?

Yes! Beginning June 14, Awaken Kids will be available with limited capacity. Parents will be able to reserve a place for your kids' aged infant - 5th grade. The link for the reservation can be found in the Reserve Your Seat section below based upon the service time you will be attending.

What precautions will be taken?

Our Awaken Kids team has implemented new procedures that will keep all of our kids safe while they are learning about Jesus. Those precautions include:

• Sanitizing all commonly touched areas and toys prior to each service.
• New sanitation stations have been placed in the Kids area and all classrooms.
• All kids' snack services have been suspended.
• Maximum capacities have been implemented in each classroom for safe teacher/child ratios.
• Kids who are observed with viral symptoms, such as runny noses, coughs, and/or eye discharges, will not be accepted in the classroom.
• If kids are observed with viral symptoms, parents will be immediately called to pick up their child from the classroom.
• Suggesting that the parent that drops off the child in the classroom is also the same parent who picks up the child to minimize outside interaction.

What should I do if I cannot check my kids into a classroom?

Awaken Church will have venues dedicated to family services where parents will be able to sit with their children, including areas outside if weather permits.

What should I do if I’m not comfortable checking my kids into Awaken Kids?

Awaken Church will have venues dedicated to family services where parents will be able to sit with their children, including areas outside if weather permits. We will also stream our services online if you prefer to continue to watch from home. We want to encourage families who continue to watch from home to host their own watch party and invite their family, friends, neighbors, and/or other Awaken families.

Are Awaken Students currently meeting on Wednesday nights?

We are eager to welcome middle school and high school students back to Awaken Students, however, we are not yet back to our regularly scheduled Wednesday night services. We will have weekly video messages available on Wednesday evening at 6:30 PM for Students to access and view via the Awaken Students webpage or on Awaken Students YouTube channel.

Through June and July, we have moved our Wednesday night Student gatherings to Saturday evening Park events. We welcome all middle school and high school students to join us Saturday evenings beginning at 6:00 PM at Valleybrook Park located at 213 Crossland Ave. Clarksville, TN 37040 (directly behind Awaken Church). This gives our students the opportunity to bond together after so many months of separation from their friends and is a great way for them to invite their friends to get to know each other and the leaders.

Where can I find information regarding changes to Awaken Students?

Any changes and updates regarding Awaken Students will be communicated through the Awaken Students webpage, Facebook, and Instagram.

How do I reserve my seat?

We are currently taking reservations for seating in the North Venue, South Venue, and Awaken Kids. By clicking the link below, you will be able to reserve your seat for the service time you plan on attending. Reservations will only be available for the upcoming Sunday service. Reservations will begin the Monday prior to the next service.

What classroom do I reserve my kids in since the school year is complete?

Parents are asked to reserve a place for their child in the classroom that they attended prior to the completion of the school year. Awaken Kids will have their promotion to the next classroom later in the summer. If your child's previous class is not available, please DO NOT check them into another classroom. We will have venues dedicated to family services where parents will be able to sit with their children if classrooms have reached capacity.

What time must I arrive before my reservation is released?

Our venue doors will be open 20 minutes prior to services. Doors for the 8:30 AM service will open at 8:10 AM. Doors for the 10:15 AM service will open at 9:55 AM. If you have a reservation for one of our venues and/or Awaken Kids, we ask that you arrive prior to the doors opening. If you are not checked in 5 minutes prior to service, your reservation will be released and your seat will be made available to another already on campus without a reservation.

Are there limitations to reserving a seat?

We love our Awaken families and all ages are welcome campus-wide. However, our vision at Awaken Church is to awaken people far from Christ to new life in Christ. In order for us to achieve this, and in consideration with the live recording and limited capacities in our North and South Venues, we will be limiting the number of kids allowed in each venue. We will have other venues at Awaken that will not have any limitations and families are welcome to join us at any service time without a reservation.

Is there a spot for me if I do not reserve a seat?

We will have seating in the Socialside for families and outside if weather permits. We may have a seat on a first come first served basis in one of the venues if a reservation is canceled. We will let you know of that opening 5 minutes prior to service.

What do I do when I arrive at Awaken?

As soon as you arrive on campus, our parking team will guide you to safely park your vehicle. There will be three different check-in locations, North Venue, South Venue, and Awaken Kids. Please go to the check-in based upon your reservation. All check-in locations will be clearly marked. For example, if you reserved seating in the South Venue, you will visit the South Venue Check-in location.

If you have reserved both a venue seat and space in Awaken Kids, please be sure to arrive earlier, as you will first check-in your kids at Awaken Kids and then visit the venue check-in location after.

Once you have checked-in, a seating specialist will guide you to your seat and separate seats in between families to maintain safe distancing amongst households. If you have reserved a spot for your child in Awaken Kids, you will have two locations available for check-in (in between North and South Venue and Kids Corner). An Awaken Kids team member will be available for touch-free check-in based upon your reservation.
